Orders will be filled and shipped within 5 days. If there is a delay in fulfillment, buyer will be notified via email.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unwashed or unworn items with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
To exchange a product, notify us by email (shop@hotaugustnights.net) with the product you would like to exchange. We will let you know if the item is in stock. Once you receive confirmation, mail back the item you wish to exchange with a letter stating which size/color you wish to exchange for along with a credit card number or check for $6 for American orders ($10 for Canadian orders).
